Two stages of construction are used for termite treatment: Termite soil barriers and foaming walls provide a sealed chemical barrier around and under blocked pavement. Termite treatment barriers may involve drilling holes or trenching, depending on the house. The trench or drill hole is injected with Termidor, a water-based chemical that repels and kills termites, or the chemical is forced into the termite territory.
